Faculty: Dr. Tim Newson
Dr. Tim Newson is an Associate professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Geotechnical Research Centre at the University of Western Ontario. He teaches both undergraduate and graduate level courses. He is also the Honorary Research Fellow of the Scottish Crop Research Institute. He has a number of research interests including corneal biomechanics, corneal determinants of intraocular pressure and computational fluid dynamics as they pertain to drug delivery in the eye. He is one of the 3 core members of the Experimental Eye Research Facility which was established in the Department of Ophthalmology in November 2007.
